so than higher Tier, than more details i could to add

What i can draw

1. Any species and form of your char (feral or anthro)
2. Complex chars and ideas
3. Any detailed background
4. Any weapons, outfits, armors, etc.
5. Any vehicles/vessels/machines
6. Some harmless fetishes (need to discuss)
7. Char design with description, if you don't have any arts of it yet
8. Humans
9. Ponies (anthro only)

Simple rules

1. Don't be a moron
2. Don't overload a work with many/major changes or be prepared to pay extra
3. Once I start the work i'll provide you WIP's
4. Full-mechanized chars may be for an extra
5. Feel free to let me know if i missed or did wrong something
6. You may change your piece idea for free whenever you want, if I didn't start yet, but let me know to discuss it
6.1 If you have something to add and it may change the total price you need to pay extra

Payment rules

1. Full payment upfront (except if the price will be 200$ and over)
